ゴルフ、ワークアウト、料理、読書、お買い物、運転、ガーデニング。。。

国際線客室乗務員を勤務時に、世界各国で美しい花を見る機会に恵まれ又、各地で個性豊かな花屋のショップディスプレイ、フラワーアレンジメントに触れ、生花の勉強をスタート。

退職後、Jane packer,Nicolai bergmanを師事。フラワーアレンジメントの基本＆応用技術を習得。プリザーブドフラワー教室、Berry Flowersにてデザイナーズコースを習得。現在はFEJのライセンス校として、資格取得コース、販売ノウハウコース、アーティフィシャルフラワー・服飾花資格取得コースのレッスン、オリジナルのBirth of Greenのレッスンを主催。

神奈川県川崎市麻生区岡上（小田急線、鶴川駅）にてプリザーブドフラワー＆アーティフィシャルフラワー教室を主催。アレンジをお部屋のインテリアの１部として楽しんでもらう事で、よりライフスタイルをモダンに。。。をテーマに活動しています。
